課程内容/Class Description

手工朱古力每一粒都需要經過精心雕琢,經過多番試驗食譜和造型才成事。Les Petits Fours倒模朱古力班由世界朱古力大賽16項大獎得主Whitney Yip親自教授,當中包括噴色技巧、倒模、餡料製作以及大理石調溫法。每位學生都可以帶走21至24粒朱古力成品。食譜採用世界朱古力大賽銀獎食譜: Ginger Honey,原汁原味教授予每位學生。想查詢更多資訊或報名,可WhatsApp至9313 7710。 ICA winning chocolatier Whitney Yip will host the class by teaching you relevant techniques including decoration by SPray guns, chocolate moulding, chocolate tempering. Each student will bring home 21 to 24 pieces of craft chocolate bonbons. The award wnining recipe of 2019 International Chocolate Awards i.e. Lemon and Earl Grey Ganache will be disclosed.
