​工作室自取／Self-pickup​

接到訂單後我們會聯絡你確認自取日期及時間。

We will contact and confirm with you the pick-up date upon receipt of your order.

自取時間請聯絡我們查詢。

Please contact us to check our off days. 

除非產品另有說明，請於最少7天前預購產品。

unless specified for certain products, Please place your order at least 7 days in advance.

自取地址： 九龍荔枝角永康街55號金百盛中心12樓1201室 （鄰近港鐵荔枝角站B1出口）。

Pick-up Address: Room 1201, 12/F, Kimberland Center, 55 Wing Hong Street, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon (near Exit B1 of Lai Chi Kok MTR).

如選擇自取服務，只須於地址欄填上N/A或不適用即可。

​送貨／DelIvery​

接到訂單後我們會聯絡你確認送貨日期及時間。

We will contact and confirm with you the pick-up date upon receipt of your order.

送貨時間及費用請聯絡我們查詢。部分貨品設有特定送貨條款及費用。

Please contact us to check our off days and delivery fees. ​Certain products carry specific delivery terms and delivery fees.

除非產品另有說明，請於最少7天前預購產品。

送貨時間：上午12時至下午6時。

Delivery Time：12 AM －6PM

送貨前必須先支付訂單金額。

Payment must be settled before order is delivered.

 
送貨地址一經確認後不能更改。我們建議你先聯絡我們，確認我們是否能夠在你心目中的日期及時間提供送貨服務。

Delivery address cannot be changed or amended once it is confirmed. Therefore, we strongly advise you to contact and consult us before placing your orders for delivery.

請注意，我們的送貨服務不涵蓋機場，離島，碼頭，禁區，郊野公園及偏遠地區。

Delivery service does not cover areas including, but not limited to airports, outlying islands, piers, restricted areas, country parks and remote areas.

溫馨提示 Reminders

​

  • 就任何未經我們確認或更改的地址或取貨點，我們一概不會為送貨至該些地址所導致損失負責。 ／Les Petits Fours will not be responsible for any reverse logistics resulting from a collection or delivery which is made to the un-amended address or the collection point we have on file for your delivery.

  • 如送貨延誤或變動並非我們的合理控制範圍內，我們一概不會該些延誤或變動負責。／Les Petits Fours will not be held responsible for delays or changes to collections or shipping schedules that are beyond our control.

  • 客人有責任在收貨時檢查貨品狀況，並就可能出現的貨品損毀或不良狀況馬上通知我們，否則我們或不能為你作出合適跟進。／Customers undertake to inspect all goods when collecting or immediately on delivery and to notify us or the carrier forthwith of any shortage or damage or other deficiency.

  • 客人一旦接受貨品及同意我們已經完成處理訂單後，我們將不會接受退貨。／You will be deemed to have accepted the goods as satisfying your order upon your acceptance, and thereafter will not be entitled to reject products for any reason, and no returns or credits will be permitted thereafter.
