1. Restrictions on Application (All Classes)

1.1 Vacancies are allocated strictly in the order that complete and valid application forms are received. An application form without the full fee, proof of payment or invoice request will be invalid and no allocation will be made until the tuition fee has been received.

​

1.2 If an organisation requests an invoice for a place on a class for one of its employees and that employee, at any time subsequent to the invoice being raised, leaves the organisation’s employ, for whatever reason, the organisation which requested the invoice remains liable to pay the full class fee.

2. Cancellation of Application (All Classes)

​

2.1 If an application is cancelled, for whatever reason, up to seven (7) working days prior to the commencement of the class(es) (whichever comes first), an administrative fee of half of the tuition fee will be charged, plus the cost of any study materials supplied, and the remainder of the tuition fee returned to the payee.

2.2 If an application is cancelled, for whatever reason, during the three (3) working days prior to the commencement of the class (whichever comes first), the tuition fee remains payable in full.

2.3 Les Petits Fours reserves the right to change the published prices of its programmes or materials or cancel class(es) if necessary.

3. Transferral of Application (All Courses)

​

3.1 Once an application has been made, any transfer to another class, or to another applicant, will incur an administrative charge of HK$50. Transfers will only be accepted up to three (3) working days prior to the commencement of the class(es) (whichever comes first).

4. Absence of Session(s)

​

4.1 If a candidate is unable to attend a class for any reason (such as work commitments), or requires a session change AFTER the class has commenced, each individual session change will incur an administrative charge of HK$50.

​

4.2 Les Petits Fours will try to assist and find a suitable alternative but there is no guarantee that such an alternative will be available.

​

4.3 No requests will be processed without payment in advance.
