味道Flavour:百利甜酒Bailey's/ 白蘭地Brandy/冧酒Rum/威士忌Whisky 手工朱古力每一粒都需要經過精心雕琢,經過多番試驗食譜和造型才成事。Les Petits Fours松露朱古力班由世界朱古力大賽16項大獎得主Whitney Yip親自教授,當中包括裝飾、選料、料製作以及大理石調溫法。每位學生都可以帶走20粒松露朱古力成品。想查詢更多資訊或報名,可WhatsApp至9313 7710。 ICA winning chocolatier Whitney Yip will host the class by teaching you relevant techniques including decoration, chocolate selection, chocolate tempering.
