課程内容/Class Description

味道Flavour:伯爵茶Earl Grey/ 榛子Hazalnut/紅莓Raspberry 手工朱古力每一粒都需要經過精心雕琢,經過多番試驗食譜和造型才成事。Les Petits Fours倒模朱古力班由世界朱古力大賽16項大獎得主Whitney Yip親自教授,當中包括外殼裝飾、倒模、餡料製作以及大理石調溫法。每位學生都可以帶走21至24粒朱古力成品。 朱古力可於15-20度下保存約1個月。 想查詢更多資訊或報名,可WhatsApp至9313 7710。 ICA winning chocolatier Whitney Yip will host the class by teaching you relevant techniques including decoration, chocolate moulding, chocolate tempering.
